This spacious home features a spacious living-dining room with a foosball table. The living room opens onto a balcony that wraps around the entire house. From this balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the vast garden, which is equipped with a garden table and a barbecue for outdoor entertaining.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed awaits you, as well as a
bathroom with a bathtub for your relaxation.

Upstairs, discover two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with four bunk beds. You'll also find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet for your convenience.
Villa Palmera's prime location makes it an ideal choice, less than a 5-minute drive from Beauval Zoo and less than a 5-minute walk from the city center. Enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars.

Household linen is fully provided (bed linen, bath sheets, bath mat, tea towel) as well as consumables necessary for your stay (salt, pepper, oil, coffee/tea, toilet paper). 

We also inform you that this establishment is non-smoking.

All our cottages and studios are cleaned AND disinfected with 70° alcohol-based solutions or white vinegar, and are aired at least 4 hours before your arrival. We pay particular attention to inert surfaces, tables, handles, doors, railings, windows, etc. Bed and bath linen will be washed by professionals at a minimum temperature of 60° for a duration of more than 30 minutes.
